The exhibition will cover an area of 100,000 sqm. Already, 428 Indian and overseas companies have reserved their space. The venue is equipped with all modern facilities required for organising large-scale international events.

The exhibition profile includes printing presses; in-press and post-press equipment; finishing and converting solutions; digital and signage technologies; packaging machinery and materials; corrugation; printing and publishing solutions; paper and paper products; logistics and transportation; measuring and testing equipment; and related segments.

The 16th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA was held at the same venue from February 1 to 5, 2025. A total of 565 companies from India and abroad participated, reflecting the growing strength of the Indian printing and packaging industry. The exhibition recorded a footfall of 141,101 business visitors from India and overseas. Exhibitors generated business enquiries worth approximately INR 3,428 crores and concluded spot business deals worth about INR 1,475 crores.

To facilitate overseas business visitors, IPAMA will provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off services from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the venue (and return) during the exhibition days. In addition, IPAMA will provide up to two nights of complimentary hotel accommodation to the leader of any business delegation, provided the delegation consists of 15 or more members.
