(1) Application for Renunciation/ Surrender of Indian Passport/ Citizenship:
(a) The applicants can visit the Embassy and after taking the application form from the reception, fill and submit it.
(2) Fees:

Fee is payable only in cash at the reception counter of the Embassy while submitting the application.
Fees once deposited shall not be refunded.
(3) Submission of Application and Documents to Embassy:
Submit the following documents in person at Embassy of India, 152B, Bijenik, Zagreb.
* The above completed application form.
* Original Indian Passport along with self-attested photocopy of front and last page of the passport
* Domovnica document issued by the Republic of Croatia.
* One recent passport size photographs with white background. Requirements for photograph can be checked here.
* Address proof (for non-Croatian passport holders)- eg. recent Utility bill.
Document submission time: Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 11.30am. (Except holidays)*
Processing Time: 3 working days from the date of submission in Embassy
(3) Collection Procedure for Renunciation certificate:
Renunciation certificate may be collected from the Embassy, after 3 working days. Please bring your receipt while collection.
