Date of Birth Certificate is issued by the Embassy, to Indian nationals only, who are residents of Croatia based on details on their Indian passport.

Fee

Fee is payable only in cash at the reception counter of the Embassy while submitting the application.

Fees once deposited shall not be refunded.

2. Submission of Application and Documents to Embassy

Submit the following documents in person at Embassy of India, 152B, Bijenik, Zagreb.

1. The above completed application form;

2. Original Indian Passport along with self-attested photocopy of front and last page of the passport;

3. resident card copy

4. Two recent passport size photographs with white background

Document submission time: Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 11.30am. (Except holidays)*

Processing Time: If application is complete in all aspects it usually takes 2-3 working days from the date of submission of the application in Embassy.

3. Collection Procedure for Birth certificate:

Birth certificate may be collected from the Embassy, after 2-3 working days. Please bring your receipt for collection.

Documents Collection Time: - Monday to Friday between 3pm and 4pm. (Except holidays)*
