Ambassador Srivastava visited Međimurje County, the northernmost and one of the most economically progressive regions of Croatia.

He met with County Prefect Matija Posavec, Mayor of Donji Kraljevec municipality Miljenko Horvat, as well as representatives from prominent Croatian companies with long history - Tehnix and Ferokotao, the Međimurje County Tourist Board, and the Dr. Centar dr. Rudolfa Steinera. Among the many topics discussed were the strengthening of economic and cultural relations, Indian talent and skill development programmes, and the upcoming visit of the Međimurje County delegation to India, planned for September this year.
