7th edition of Bharat Footwear and Leather Expo (BFLEX) - formerly the Delhi International Leather Expo (DILEX) at India International Convention and Expo Center (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi during November 12-14, 2025
The 7th edition of the Bharat Footwear and Leather Expo (BFLEX), earlier known as the Delhi International Leather Expo – Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) is going to be held @ India International Convention and Expo Center (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi (Yashobhoomi), India during November 12-14, 2025. BFLEX 2025 is being organised by Council for Leather Exports, India under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India.
India stands as a pivotal player in this global footwear and leather marketplace. With its vast and rapidly expanding domestic market, India presents unparalleled opportunities for international businesses. The Indian footwear and leather goods market is one of the world's largest, characterized by a burgeoning middle class, increasing disposable incomes, and a growing appetite for high-quality, stylish products.
The Bharat Footwear and Leather Expo 2025 will feature:

Exhibitors can display the following products in the 7th edition of BFLEX:
a. Leather Footwear (Shoes, Sandals, Chappals) Ladies, Gents, Children
b. Leather Garments (Jackets, pants, motorbike jackets etc)
c. Leather Goods & Accessories (Handbags, purses, belts, pouches, small leather goods etc)
d. Leather Gloves (fashion, fancy, industrial)
e. Non-Leather Footwear (Shoes, Sandals, Chappals) Ladies, Gents, Children
f. Footwear Components (all types)
g. Finished Leather
h. Machinery for Footwear, leather and leather products, including footwear components
i. Saddlery & Harness and Pet Products
j. Safety & Defence Products i.e. Safety Shoes/Military Boots, Industrial Leather Gloves, industrial aprons, industrial tool kits etc.
k. Kolhapuri chappals and related products
l. Leather toys and all other handicraft products made from leather
m. Any other products/services related to footwear and leather industry
Hosted Buyer Program for the Foreign buyers
Buyers keen to source the above said products from India can avail the Hosted Buyer package to visit New Delhi for attending the show. Eligible / selected buyers shall be offered the following facilities:-
- 3 Nights Complimentary Stay in a 5-Star Category hotel in New Delhi with Bed & Breakfast
- Arrival at New Delhi in the afternoon of 11th November 2025
- Stay in New Delhi during Show Days (3 nights)
- Return flights can be scheduled post evening on 14th November 2025.
- Buyers are free to arrive in New Delhi few days prior to the event days or to extend their stay beyond the show days at their own cost.
- Long distance call charges, use of Business Center/ Health Club, laundry, liquor etc. in the Hotel will be borne by the individual Buyers.
- The complimentary hospitality package is offered to only one Director/Senior Executive per company.
- The Complimentary hospitality package will be confirmed only to the Business visitors who have interest to source footwear and leather products from India.
- Return Economy class air fare, subject to ceiling limits may also likely to be offered to the visiting hosted buyers, subject to sanction of Government funding support.
