CAPEXIL – India’s premier Export Promotion Council, set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, is organizing the Mega RBSM, coinciding with Bharat Buildcon, from 18th to 21st June 2026 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, India.

The Mega RBSM is poised to be a unique networking event between overseas importers and Indian manufacturer-exporters of building materials, under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

DELIVERABLES FROM CAPEXIL & BHARAT BUILDCON TO SELECTED APPROVED OVERSEAS DELEGATES:

• Reimbursement of to-and-fro Economy Class Air fare (subject to limit as per below) as per MAS Guidelines on subject of financial approval from the Ministry.
• Hotel Accommodation for 3 nights 17th to 20th June 2026 during the event in and around New Delhi, India
• Breakfast will be provided by the organizer.
• Local airport transfers, Guided tour (if any). (group airport pick up/ drop and daily shuttle service from hotel to Exhibition Hall/B2B Venue and back)
• Facilitate one-to-one B2B Meetings at the Expo as many as possible
• Interpreter Services wherever necessary 

Air Ticket to be arranged by the selected Overseas Delegates on their own.  CAPEXIL will Reimburse to-and-fro Economy Class Air fare (subject to MAXIMUM limit as per below)

Economy Class Airfares will be provided/reimbursed as per the following:
• Europe: ₹ 75,000 or 75% of actual airfare invoice amount, whichever is lower
• Hotel / Stay: Covered
• Reimbursement will be made in USD cash at the prevailing exchange rate as applicable on 20th June 2026
