Ambassador of India to Croatia received by the State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Croatia

Ambassador of India to Croatia, H.E. Mr. Arun Goel, was received by the State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Croatia, H.E. Mr. Goran Romek, for discussions on advancing bilateral economic cooperation.
Building on the momentum generated by the successful visit of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to Croatia in June 2025, the meeting focused on further strengthening economic ties between India and Croatia. The two sides explored opportunities to deepen collaboration, including the possibility of organizing a Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation (JCEC) meeting and a Croatian business and government delegation’s visit to India in the near future.
Both sides reaffirmed their shared commitment to expanding bilateral economic engagement and agreed that regular high-level exchanges, accompanied by business delegations, provide the most effective platform for fostering new partnerships, facilitating trade and investment, and unlocking the full potential of economic cooperation between the two countries.
