The next 19th edition of Indian Fashion Jewellery and Accessories Show (IFJAS) is to be held from 04-06 July, 2025, at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. The Indian Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Show (IFJAS) is an internationally acknowledged annual sourcing fair showcasing both traditional and contemporary fashion jewellery and accessories. Around 200 Indian companies will display the following range of products presenting the widest spectrum of materials, products, and designs from India

Shri Arun Goel, Ambassador of India to Croatia engaged with Key Industry leaders at the Croatian Chamber of Economy in Zagreb on 23rd April, 2025 exploring trade synergies, combining Croatia's Technology with India's Scalability, and a brief presentation from Croatia on progressive sectors mainly Defense, IT, Pharmaceutical, Automotive and Renewable energy.
Commerce Secretary Shri Sunil Barthwal met Mr. Zdenko Lucić, State-Secretary for Foreign Trade and Development at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in Zagreb on 22nd April, 2025, strengthening India-Croatia bilateral trade ties and exploring investment opportunities. Team India and Croatia engaged in fruitful discussions during the meeting.
Deepening India-Croatia Economic Cooperation across multiple sectors! Commerce Secretary Shri Sunil Barthwal and Joint Secretary of the Department of Commerce, GoI Shri Saket Kumar, in a productive meeting with Mr. Ivo Milatic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs on 22nd April, 2025.
During his working visit to Vukovar on the 2nd of April, Ambassador Arun Goel also visited the Vukovar Water Tower, a symbol of Croatian unity that has recently become a valued member of the World Federation of Great Towers and explored Kopački rit Nature Park, one of the largest natural wetlands in Europe.
The Mayor of the City of Vukovar Mr. Ivan Penava, and the Head of the Administrative Department for General Affairs, Mrs. Sanja Tokić, received Ambassador Arun on an inaugural visit to the City of Vukovar on the 2nd of April.
Ambassador Arun Goel visited Osijek on the 1st April, where he met with the Deputy Mayor of Osijek, Dragan Vulin, who, among other things, introduced the ambassador to Osijek's development projects and good economic indicators. Ambassador Goel was particularly interested in reconstructing the city after the Homeland War, developing the IT industry, and exploring the potential of the Nemetin zone. They also discussed significant private investments in Osijek, such as the companies Jabil and IMS Gear.
1st April - Ambassador Arun Goel, met with the Đakovo mayor and parliamentarian Marin Mandarić and his associates in the small town hall. In a cordial conversation, the Indian diplomat spoke with great enthusiasm about the culture, heritage and natural beauties of Croatia, and about Slavonia, the central part of which is Đakovo and the Đakovo region, he said that it reminded him of a very similar region in his country from which he comes.
29th March - The Ambassador of India to Croatia Arun Goel visited the India stall at the Place2Go Fair in Zagreb, engaging in discussions with key stakeholders in the tourism sector and the Croatian representative of Patanjali. The conversations focused on promoting India as a travel destination and strengthening tourism ties between India and Croatia. The Mayor of the City ofZagreb, Tomislav Tomašević accompanied by the Director of Zagreb Fair Renata Suša, also visited the India stall, exploring India’s rich tourism opportunities. He enjoyed authentic Indian tea and learned about the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda, two integral aspects of Indian culture and wellness traditions.
Ambassador Arun Goel visited DOK-ING headquarters on the 24th of March and met with company representatives, who introduced him to the company's work and its connections to India. DOK-ING, a Croatian company established in 1992, specializes in unmanned multi-purpose vehicles, electric vehicles, and robotic systems. Headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia, it also has offices in Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia.

One-Day Yoga Fest - 8 March 2025 in Zagreb

On 8 April 2025, India marks 10 years of the Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY). Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY), the Flagship Programme of the Prime Minister aimed at Funding the Unfunded micro enterprises and small businesses. By removing the burden of collateral and simplifying access, MUDRA laid the foundation for a new era of grassroots entrepreneurship.
