Continuation of marking the India@75 in Croatia among 150 school children of the School of Applied Art & Design, Zagreb with Yoga workshops led by Yogacharya Jadranko Miklec. H.E. Ambassador Raj Kumar Srivastava graced the occasion expressing the benefits of health-promoting & anxiety-relieving Yoga exercises which provide useful support to balance daily lives.

The final Day of India in Dubrovnik presented to the audience an evening of Meditation, Yoga and Ayurveda which would enhance human potential for leading a blissful life through these traditional systems which are the best tools in our hands.
In connection with the celebration of the Vishwa Hindi Diwas (विश्व हिन्दी दिवस) 2024 with the Indology department and ICCR Sanskrit chair at the University of Zagreb a special Hindi poetry book Bharat was released. The poem collection is a presentation of 30 poems translated into Hindi from the Croatian poetry book “Slon Siroče” written by the first Ambassador of Croatia to India, Drago Štambuk.
Ambassador Srivastava visited the India corner at ŠPUD to praise the works of the young artist who took part in the Exhibition »Creating Bridges Through Art« held in the Technical Museum Nikola Tesla from the 24th of January, until the 16th of February. Some of the artworks were integrated into the special poetry book Bharat, a presentation of 30 poems translated into Hindi from the Croatian poetry book “Slon Siroče” written by the first Ambassador of Croatia to India, Drago Štambuk.
The Embassy of India, Zagreb in cooperation with Croatian Indian Society welcomed the spring on the occasion of the Holi Festival at India House with distinguished guests from the diplomatic corps, Friends of India and the Croatian representative Lucija Begić for the 71st Miss World pageant which was recently held in India. Ambassador Srivastava noted that these gatherings are bringing people together from all walks of life and therefore better connecting India and Croatia. The event was also marked with a Kathak performance and Musical intermezzo by the Hspd Sljeme Šestine Zagreb. he Annual Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation - ITEC alumni get-together (ITEC Day) was held on the 26th of March with former ITEC course participants. Several presentations on the experience of the capacity-building platform renewed the already established strong bonds between the ITEC alumni & India.
Embassy of India, Zagreb and Open University Zagreb organized the well attended lecture by Ambassador Srivastava on Contemporary India: Politics & Economy: “A Story on Human Centric Governance, Growth & Globalisation and about the Forthcoming Parliamentary Elections in India".
The chess tournament held as part of the 'Days of India in Dubrovnik'. The event was opened by The Mayor of Dubrovnik Mato Franković and Ambassador Srivastava.
The Celebration of International Women's Day with the theme “Inspire Inclusion” at Napredak Culture Centre partnering with Croatian Indian Society was held on the 8th of March with the keynote speech by Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, 4th President of the Republic of Croatia, who emphasized that the society can only reach progress with inclusion of woman, which is influencing positively prosperity and economics, praising efforts of the Government of India in taking initiatives and reaching milestones which are already influencing the rest of the world.
Upon the invitation of Rudi Grula, Director of Visit Međimurje Tourism Board and Mrs. Dijana Posavec, Director of Centar dr. Rudolfa Steinera, which coincidentally marks the 100th anniversary of biodynamic agriculture and 163rd birth anniversary of Rudolf Steiner, Ambassador Srivastava gave a presentation on the Civilizational heritage of India's traditional knowledge system starting from Vedas, Ayurveda & Yoga, Sanskrit and it’s Mathematical foundations.
Upon the invitation of Director of RACVIAC, H.E. Constantin-Mihail Grigorie, Ambassador of Romania to Croatia and H.E. Raj Kumar Srivastava, Ambassador of India to Croatia, visited RACVIAC-Centre for Security Cooperation on 22 February 2024.
On 20th February a well-attended seminar was hosted in Napredak with the title - [Consecration of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya as “A Landmark in India's Continued Re-Discovery of its Civilisational Heritage”].

An evening of Punjab in Zagreb, Croatia. The 8-member Indian Council For Cultural Relations troupe Bhangra Folk Dance Group's visit to Croatia continued with a performance at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MSU Zagreb) on the 13th of February.
The forthcoming 71st Miss World pageant is held in New Delhi, India from February 18 to March 9. The Croatian representative Lucija Begić has been preparing for this big competition for months by visiting an exhibition of the art competition works by young artists of ŠPUD, Zagreb held on the 24th of January at the Technical Museum Nikola Tesla where she also met Ambassador Srivastava who briefly conveyed what the contestent can expect by visiting New India.
The 8-member Indian Council For Cultural Relations troupe Bhangra Folk Dance Group's visit to Croatia started by participating in the 41st Jubilee of the International Carnival Parade in Rijeka which was attended by over 10,000 participants. Ambassador Srivastava visited the Rijeka Carnival and met with the Mayor of the City of Rijeka Mr. Marko Filipović and Tourist Board Director Mr. Petar Škarpa.
