The Protocol on Foreign Office Consultations (FOCs) was signed in April 1995, during the visit to India of Dr. Mate Granić, Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.  So far, nine FOCs have taken place alternatively in Zagreb and New Delhi. The last round was held in New Delhi on 6th May 2011 .
